Our brief was to completely gut this 170 sq/m apartment and re-decorate it with a tight 6-week turnaround deadline. We met our target completion date on budget
and the new owner was able to move in as planned.

Tasked with the conversion of a Valletta townhouse into three stylish apartments. Working hand in hand with leading Maltese architects Demicoli & Associates, we prepared bill of quantities, took charge of procurement, labour and project management.

We successfully took charge of the extension of this fast growing company's offices in Sliema, Malta adding around 30% more office space to allow for our client's growth whilst optimising overall use of space for the company's entire office layout.
